What's a CoCo???
A full history of the CoCo is probably a bit much for this page, so hit the Wikipedia Color Computer entry for a

this amazing machine. The semi-short version:
CoCo is a nickname for the TRS-80 Color Computer. It was produced in three versions, from 1980 to 1991,
by the Tandy Corporation and sold through their Radio Shack stores in the U.S., Canada and later the United
Kingdom and Australia. Toward the end of the Color Computer 2's run, Tandy changed the name of the
computer to the Tandy Color Computer. The computer is an 8-bit/16-bit hybrid that utilizes the exceedingly
powerful Motorola 6809 microprocessor. Many clones and derivatives of the CoCo were made, including the
Dragon 32/64 in the United Kingdom, the Prologica in Brazil, the Tano Dragon and TDP-100 in the United
States, and even a mini-CoCo, the MC-10.
The last Color Computer made, the CoCo 3, is still very much alive as a hobbyist machine. People still write
amazing programs for it and develop all sorts of neato hardware for the machine. There are mailing lists,
message boards, chats, an annual convention and user groups dedicated to the CoCo. It's fans are spread all
over the world from Australia to Europe and Asia to America.
